Here are prayer points to start a New Year that you can use to pray.
The New Year will deliver to you what you pray into it, that’s why we encourage you to take the time to pray these prayer points as you begin the New Year.
You should be aware by now that every year is a time in God’s calendar for your lifting and blessings.
See, God sets time and seasons for our lives and He has put and planned specific blessings within those seasons and times. (See Ecclesiastes 3:1, KJV)
So, every year, there’s a blessing with your name on it that heaven has reserved for you.
It is your responsibility to look out for it and then take delivery and possession of yours (as much as you can) within the window of time and season of the year.
Don’t wait for it, go for it; for many who wait never receive.
Don’t resign your time to chance, your enemy is at work every year too to stop and or steal from you the glory heaven has destined for you, that’s why the blessings will not just fall on you like ripe cherry.
You have got to actively get to work and take what belongs to you; it doesn’t come by wishing, it comes by taking – but first and foremost in the place of prayer.

Prayer Points To Start A New Year
The following are prayer points to start a new year you can pray to settle the year, secure the release of angels of goodness and mercy to work in your favor all year round.
1. Father, thank you for the gift of another year and for keeping me alive to see it. Thank you much more, Lord, for you are good and your mercy endures forever, in Jesus’ name.
O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever. (1 Chronicles 16:34, KJV)
2. Oh Lord, send the power of the Holy Spirit ahead of me into the year to subdue the year and give me the dominion over it, in Jesus’ name.
Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. (Philippians 3:21, KJV)
